Aukey Canada provides free shipping on any order over $30.00, and $6 delivery fee for orders under $29.99.

All orders will normally be shipped within 3-5 business day of an order placed.

Aukey Canada only ships orders within continental Canada. We do not ship to any PO Boxes unless it is linked to a street address. Our shipping couriers require street address information for the order to be processed.

Once your order tracking number has been generated, it will be emailed to you on the next day. In order to track your package, please go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number provided to see the shipping status.

Aukey Canada ships all products in unopened boxes that come directly from our manufacturer so customers will receive the package in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please contact us immediately at support.canada@aukey.com and we will be able to assist you with your concerns.
