If from Amazon.ca:

Since Amazon Canada is managed by a different team than all other channels such as all retail stores and website, please contact support.ca@aukey.com for all the warranty issue.

 

Not from Amazon.ca:

Aukey Canada has a one-year warranty policy for all the product sold through local retail stores and our website.

Please send an email with images and brief description of the product issue to support.canada@aukey.com, once our RMA team analysis the issue, we will either refund or ship you a new product.
